JOHNSTON COUNTY: NC Wanted is happy to report that U.S. Marshall's Violent Task Force along with the Dunn Police apprehended Sutton on Thursday, June 21st in the Dunn area. He was seen entering the Econo Lodge off of I-95 and Cumberland County at approximately 10:20am.
HARNETT COUNTY: Timothy Sutton escaped from a Georgia correctional facility on June 4, 2007, while serving a sentence for burglary and breaking & entering. NC Wanted is happy to report that U.S. Marshall's Violent Fugitives Task Force along with the Dunn Police apprehended Sutton on Thursday, June 21st in the Dunn area. He was seen entering the Econo Lodge off of I-95 and Cumberland County at approximately 10:20am. Officials later found him in one of the hotel's room, hiding underneath a bed.
