WAKE COUNTY: Actor Joshua Jackson was arrested by Raleigh cops in November 2002 and charged with drunkenly assaulting a security guard at a Carolina Hurricanes hockey game. The 24-year-old "Dawson's Creek" star registered a blood alcohol level of .14 (North Carolina's limit is .08) when tested at the Wake County Jail.
