Detectives have located the third suspect in the shooting death of James Behlin.
Quintarus K. Rhodes, 23 years old, was located in Greenville, Mississippi on Friday, June 1st. U.S. Marshals in the Mississippi area served Rhodes with the warrants. The warrants issued were for one count of First Degree Murder and two counts of Assault with a Deadly Weapon With Intent To Kill Inflicting Serious Injury.
He will be extradited to Fayetteville within the next few weeks.
The victim, 22-year-old James Behlin, was injured during a shooting in the parking lot of Club Palace on Saturday, April 21st. He died of his injuries on April 23rd. Two other victims, Willie Washington and Jarvis Currie, sustained non-life threatening injuries during the shooting as well.
Two suspects, William Maniaci, II and Revaldo Rhodes were arrested and charged on April 24th with one count of First Degree Murder and two counts of Assault with a Deadly Weapon With Intent To Kill Inflicting Serious Injury.
